One of our team members will have a phone consultation for a no obligation estimate. These consultations are generally available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The most important part of our visit is listening to your thoughts for your project and to contribute our experienced insight and background as well.

After the initial consultation, we will schedule a follow up visit to review the project we discussed. We make every effort to list all of the available options in an “ala carte” fashion so you may fine tune your project to meet your budget and needs.

If you are able to commit to DART Outdoor Services as your contractor, we will adjust the design to meet all your guidelines. We will then prepare, detailed specification and a simple construction contract for your review and approval. We also offer detailed 3D renderings for an additional fee.

We require a 25% down payment to hold your spot in our schedule, the remaining balance will be broken into draws as noted on the construction contract. Payment terms are check, cash or credit card.
